Wrong hours listed for department
The Spokane County Building and Planning Department is open to the public from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and closed Friday. Because of a reporter’s error, a story in Wednesday’s Northwest section listed the wrong schedule for that department.
Charges against Steven Kinard dropped
Odell J. Kinard did not face new charges that were subsequently dropped. Those charges were brought against his brother, Steven Kinard. The name was incorrect in a story in Wednesday’s Northwest section because of an editing error.
