Pink slip for Holder

The Spokesman-Review

Eric Holder, U.S. attorney general, should be fired. As the head of the Justice Department, he is ignoring our Constitution and our laws. He refused to prosecute the Black Panthers that intimidated voters at the polls in the last presidential election. He claims that on the advice of his wife and brother he has scheduled the trial of the KSM terrorists in New York and bestowed on them all the privileges of citizens, which they are not.

And now the most flagrant violation of all, he refuses to abide by the congressional funding ban that Obama signed on Oct. 1. Rep. Darrell Issa, the top Republican on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, said, “the bipartisan intent of Congress was clear – no more federal dollars should flow to ACORN.”

Washington state sent five ACORN members to jail after they were convicted of registering make-believe voters. ACORN is under investigation in at least 13 states for similar acts. With the aid of our tax dollars it is clear that ACORN intends to steal more elections in the future. They should be investigated, not funded. Eric Holder should be fired for enabling them and ignoring the will of Congress.
