A man arrested outside a school attended by Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s daughter has been charged with felony stalking.

Steven Burky, 37, was arrested in Santa Monica on Monday at the nursery school where Violet Affleck, one of the couple’s two daughters, is enrolled.

Burky was arraigned Thursday on two counts of felony stalking and two counts of violating a court order, a misdemeanor.

Authorities allege Burky harassed Affleck and Garner and made credible threats that place both “in reasonable fear” for the safety of their family.

Garner was granted a restraining order against Burky in November 2008. She said he had been stalking her since 2002.

Future son-in-outlaw?

A fan obsessed with R&B star Ashanti composed a barrage of creepy text messages detailing his lewd fantasies, her mother testified Thursday.

Tina Douglas told a Manhattan jury that Devard Hurd attached photos of male genitals to some of the more than 30 rambling text messages to her cell phone.

Hurd was arrested in July on charges of stalking and harassment after ignoring repeated warnings by Ashanti’s family to stop trying to contact her through her mother.

Probably ruined his frames

A photographer crashed his bicycle into actress Anne Hathaway’s car Wednesday, but no one was seriously injured.

A Los Angeles County sheriff’s spokesman said the paparazzo ran into Hathaway’s black Audi as her boyfriend, who was driving, was making a right turn.
