Medical emergency forces plane to land in Montana
BOZEMAN — A flight from Denver to Spokane, Wash., made an unscheduled landing in Belgrade because a passenger needed emergency medical attention.
Gallatin Field Airport Director Brian Sprenger said local emergency responders were tending to the passenger on Friday afternoon.
The flight, United Airlines 743, made the unscheduled stop shortly before 1:40 p.m.
Bozeman television station KBZK reports that further information on the passenger wasn’t immediately available.
Sprenger says he doesn’t expect the diversion to affect any other flights at the airport.
