Senior meals

For the week of Feb. 9-13

Monday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, chef’s tossed salad with dressing, peas, apricots, garlic breadstick, lemon bar.

Tuesday – Pork cutlet with mushroom gravy, garden wild rice pilaf, vegetables, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.

Wednesday – Savory chicken breast, vegetables, parslied cauliflower, wheat bread, peaches.

Thursday – Salmon florentine, vegetables, garlic breadstick, pound cake with berries and whipped topping.

Friday – Cornflake chicken, sliced beets, vegetables, sourdough bread, Ambrosia deluxe.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Cajun salad with salmon, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.
