Gregoire excused from jury duty

OLYMPIA — Even the governor gets called for jury duty. Gov. Chris Gregoire had to reschedule a Monday morning news conference to report to the Thurston County courthouse. While Gregoire was ready to serve on the jury if selected, she was excused and returned to the Capitol. Her press conference to announce a government reform package was delayed about two hours.
