Car hits pedesterian; teen injured

A teenager suffered critical injuries after being hit by a car while walking near Nevada Street and Joseph Avenue about 5 p.m. Wednesday. The area near the intersection was closed as traffic investigators reconstructed the crash, according to Spokane police.
