Tuesday – Beef stroganoff with pasta, zucchini and tomatoes, breadstick, peach Bavarian.
Wednesday – Baked fish, rice pilaf, tossed salad with dressing, vegetables, apricots.
Thursday – Chicken pot pie over biscuit, summer squash, baked apple slices, brownie.
Friday – Country fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, caraway rye bread, berries with whipped cream.
