Cold and rainy describes the forecast for most of the week, according to the National Weather Service. Temperatures will be in the mid-40s during the day and 30s overnight until Wednesday when the lows drop into the 20s.

The sky will be dominated with clouds as rain mixed with snow is expected Wednesday night through the weekend, according to weather service.
