Blustery day in store

Wind gusts up to 21 mph with rain showers are in the forecast today, according to the National Weather Service. The chance of precipitation will decrease to 50 percent tonight with a steady wind of 10 mph. Temperatures will vary between the mid-30s and lower 40s for the next 24 hours. Rain is expected again Wednesday morning with a rain and snow mix forecast for the evening as overnight temperatures dip below freezing, according to the weather service. On Thursday morning, a chance of snow is forecast, but daytime highs in the lower 40s will melt it away. Rain mixed with snow is again expected Friday, according to the weather service. Saturday will be the one break in the week with partly sunny skies.
