Auditions

“Heidi” – Spokane Children’s Theatre, March 8, 4-7 p.m., and March 9, 6-9 p.m., Spokane Community College’s Lair Building, 1810 N. Greene St. Needed: seven men, three women, two girls, one boy, and a chorus of 15-20 adults and children. Auditioners should prepare a one-minute song and dress for movement/dance. Our Kids: Our Business Film Festival – Seeking films and images that depict adults, families, and children interacting in a positive environment. Submissions will be displayed at a community event in April. Deadline for submissions is March 31. Call for artists

Art on the Green Poster Contest – Artists invited to enter 2009 contest for annual Art on the Green festival in Coeur d’Alene. Winning poster design will be awarded $600, and used on T-shirts, pins, programs and festival literature. Art should be original work in finished form, but not framed. Include or allow space for the following information: 41st Annual Art on the Green, July 31 and Aug. 1 and 2, On the Grounds of North Idaho College, The Citizens’ Council for the Arts, and the CCA logo. 27th Annual Inland Crafts – Accepting applications for jury. Heritage and original contemporary craft media artists, including photographers, are encouraged to apply. Applications should include six representational digital images (including an optional booth image), the jury application form, and a one-page resume. Application deadline is April 3; cost is $30. Show will be held Nov. 6-8 at the Spokane Convention Center. 2009 Moscow Art Walk Brochure – Open to artists who have officially participated in the Art Walk within the last two years. A jury panel will select one artist to receive $500 from the City of Moscow to create an original work of art for the cover of the brochure.
