Monday – Option 1: Orange chicken, vegetable chow mein, steamed rice, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges. Option 2: Barbecue beef sandwich, vegetables, green peas, Mandarin oranges.
Tuesday – 1: Pork roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, applesauce. 2: Meat taco with cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, and sour cream, applesauce.
Wednesday – 1: Barbecue pork riblet, sweet potatoes, spinach, fresh fruit, breadstick, brownie. 2: Bean soup, ham sandwich, spinach, fresh fruit, brownie.
Thursday – 1: Turkey divan, buttered noodles, vegetables, salad with dressing, breadstick, apple cobbler. 2: Cobb salad, breadstick, apple cobbler.
Friday – 1: Meat loaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, green peas, vegetables, wheat bread, fruited gelatin. 2: Fishwich with lettuce, tomato, tarter sauce, vegetables, fruited gelatin.
