Palin author of her own woes

The Spokesman-Review

In response to Cal Thomas’ column on the Opinion page July 7, “Palin should hit the books,” I would like to respond by saying that, although he started out with his usual criticism of the “liberal” media, he ended by explaining all the reasons why she got such criticism.

In my opinion, Gov. Sarah Palin rarely got any criticism that she didn’t bring upon herself.

I really had to laugh at the comment over how she was treated unfairly and in ways that no liberal woman would have been – not even Hillary Clinton.

Why don’t I remember hearing her accused of being a murderess, a lesbian or any of the long list of accusations written in an e-mail by some lying anti-Clinton screwball and sent out to someone who forwarded it on the others till it became viral? I should know as I received them all.

It is hard to sympathize with Palin over her legal fees considering how much Hillary had to put out to defend herself over charges that were never proved either.

All you Sarah Palin lovers out there, please spare us your tears.
