The Spokesman-Review
Reports of golf carts crashing into each other at a Spokane golf course early Tuesday led to the arrest of five teenagers. Police responded to Downriver Golf Course, 3225 N. Columbia Circle, 2:30 a.m. and found the men fleeing in a car. Benjamin D. Holland, Marcus W. Cannon, Crosby O. Hook, Matthew W. Haubert, all 19, and Cameron M. Mauri, 18, were booked into Spokane County Jail on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and first-degree malicious mischief. Police say the teens took five golf carts from behind locked fence, causing more than $10,000 in damage.
