Feds to fund security cameras at Spokane airport
Federal economic recovery funds will pay for new closed circuit television systems at Spokane International Airport designed to improve security.
Gov. Chris Gregoire said the state’s second largest commercial airport will receive $1.1 million of the total $7.7 million that was available for national distribution.
Closed circuit television systems are used at airports across the country. The Transportation Security Administration has collaborated with 62 airports to expand these systems to increase safety for airport facilities and employees.

Funny as how they already have an EXTENSIVE security camera system. Just go into their Spokane Airport Police office and you can see the BIG displays.
