Oscar was found running around loose. He has quickly become a shelter staff and volunteer favorite with his easy-going nature. He is a little sensitive and would do best in a home with kids old enough to respect his shyness. Oscar is a playful, happy boy who is easy to please and rolls on his back for belly rubs when you first meet him.

Come and meet Oscar at SCRAPS, 2521 N. Flora, Spokane Valley. Oscar’s adoption fee is $82.04 and includes neutering, rabies vaccination, microchip and license. To see other cats and dogs for adoption, visit www.spokanecounty.org/animal.
