Spokane man pleads not guilty in Mont. robberies

MISSOULA — A 21-year-old Spokane man charged with three armed robberies at a Walgreen’s pharmacy in Missoula earlier this year has pleaded not guilty to federal charges. Daniel Nania entered his pleas Tuesday before U.S. Magistrate Jeremiah Lynch. He is charged with three counts of robbery involving controlled substances and possession of OxyContin with intent to distribute in a public school zone. The Walgreen’s pharmacy was robbed at gunpoint on Jan. 31, Feb. 22 and March 3. Nania was arrested on March 4.
