Tom Arnold has been promoted to principal for Coffman Engineers’ Spokane office. He has been with the company since 2007 and previously worked as civil department manager. He has more than 20 years of management, planning, design and construction engineering experience.

NAC|Architecture has promoted John Eckert to senior associate for the company’s health care team. He has been with the company since 1995.

New position

Michael Hague has been named managing partner for Paine Hamblen LLP. He has been a partner with the firm since 1994 and has practiced law at the firm’s Coeur d’Alene office since 1986.

Larry Hagel has been named a Certified Mold Inspector. He works as an industrial hygienist for Kyron Environmental Inc. in Spokane.

Remodeling Magazine featured Hanson Carlen Construction Inc. as a “Big50” in the category of Fine Design in its May issue. The Big50 Awards recognize 50 remodeling company owners who exemplify high standards of business professionalism and integrity.

Joel Pearl has been named as one of 30 young rising stars in the Real Estate industry under the age of 30 by the National Association of Realtors and is featured in the June issue of Realtor Magazine. Pearl works as a Real Estate agent for Century 21 Beutler and Associates in Coeur d’Alene.

Empire Airlines has appointed Marty Dugan to its board of directors. Dugan is a certified public accountant and is a founding principal of Structured Finance International investment bank.
