Second annual Power Women’s Summit: “Staying Up in Down Times” – The Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce will host this event to help women refine skills to be competitive in business and the workplace from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center, 1100 N.
