Obama vs. liberty

The Spokesman-Review

Welcome to Obamastan, or the USSA, where your money is government’s money. “Tyranny, not Liberty” is our motto.

It’s unfortunate that not enough thought went into each vote across America. Electing Obama and his cronies into office was a huge error in judgment. In four months, this administration has exceeded any missteps the last administration had by leaps and bounds. Consequently, I would rather have another term of Bush than another New York minute of Obama.

Thinking that any of us is exempt from unbounded taxation is ludicrous beyond belief. The administration, Congress and their liberal, socialist agendas are going to come after all of us. They have no alternative. Do the math. Whether they are bailouts (state and local goverments, too), socialized medicine (already exists, more of it coming), ACLU agendas, cap and trade (Google “energy myths and realities” or “Keith O. Rattie”), or huge bureaucratic expansion, all will come out of our and future generations’ hides, through taxes and underhanded fees. Responsible bill payers are going to get the shaft as usual. Currently, responsibility means nothing in this country (Pelosi’s subscription). It is time to turn that around. I hope a majority of you feel likewise.
