Joyce Thomas checks on her inventory of fiber, handmade hats and scarfs after a brief shower at the Millwood Farmers Market in the parking lot of Millwood Presbyterian Church on Wednesday. The church has lost its tax exemption on the lot because of the market. Thomas produces the wool with husband Mike Wardell near Edwal and knits and felts various garments.
