TLC is airing promos for Monday’s edition of “Jon & Kate Plus 8” in which Kate Gosselin says she and husband Jon have made “some life-changing decisions … ones that we hope will bring each of us some peace.”

Radar Online reports the couple has agreed to separate by July 15, and divorce papers will be filed next week.

An amputation at ‘Grey’s’

T.R. Knight will not return to “Grey’s Anatomy,” he announced Friday – but Katherine Heigl, whose character faced an uncertain future following brain surgery, will be back.

Knight had seen his role diminished this season and asked to be let out of a contract that still had three years to go.

His character, Dr. George O’Malley, suffered apparently fatal injuries in the season finale saving a woman from a bus.
