New faces

Country Financial has hired Jason Spakousky as a financial representative. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business education from Lee University. His office is at 1420 N. Mullan Road, Suite 210, in Spokane Valley.

Peggy Cedros has been hired as health and safety program administrator for the North Idaho region for the American Red Cross of Greater Idaho. She holds a degree in business management from Lewis-Clark College and previously owned and managed Yours for the Cooking, a personal chef service in Coeur d’Alene.

Coldwell Banker Northwest Group has hired Michael Webb Jr. as a sales agent. He has previous experience working in the customer service industry.

Norman Schwab has been named senior pastor for Northview Bible Church. He previously served as senior pastor of Yacolt Evangelical Free Church in Yacolt, Wash. He holds as master’s degree in pastoral leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and has more than 15 years of ministry experience.

Coldwell Banker Northwest Group has hired Claire Peterson as a sales agent. She previously worked for Exit Real Estate.

New position

Lori Ennis has been named a sales associate for Windermere North Spokane LLC. She has worked as a graphic designer at the company’s Spokane office for the past year.

Promotions

AAA Washington has promoted Jennifer Lindsley from auto travel counselor to travel agent for the company’s downtown Spokane office. She has worked in the travel industry for nearly eight years and is a certified travel associate with a designation specialty in North America, Hawaii and Canada.

Kudos

The Spokane Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau has earned International Destination Accreditation from Destination Marketing Association International. The bureau is the first organization in Washington to earn this designation.

Avatar International Inc. has awarded Kootenai Health with an Exceeding Patient Expectations Award for service excellence.

Appointed

Russ Richardson has been appointed to the National Athletic Trainers’ Association’s Board of Directors. Richardson serves as director of the Athletic Training Education Program at Whitworth University.
