Coeur d’Alene police

Brandon Nason, loss prevention officer at Fred Meyer, reported Wednesday the $1,189 theft of goods and services when insufficient funds checks were written to the business at 560 W. Kathleen Ave.

Michael Moreno reported Wednesday the $820 theft of an iPod, laptop computer and external hard drive from his 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier parked at 2416 N. Old Mill Loop.

Justin Taylor reported Wednesday the $1,790 theft of a paint sprayer and hand and power tools from a utility trailer parked on the 2100 block of West Canfield Avenue.

Kenny Watters reported Wednesday the $455 theft of an iPod, digital camera and keys from his 1997 Toyota Corolla parked on the corner of North First Street and East Wallace Avenue.

Joel Doherty, employee of Ridgeline Construction, reported Wednesday the $350 theft of an air compressor from a work site on the 1800 block of East Young Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

John Blackeagle, Rathdrum, reported Wednesday the $300 theft of a cement woodstove hearth from a home on the 5100 block of West Hayden Avenue.

Gordon McDonald, Hayden, reported Wednesday the $2,800 theft of a kayak from his home on the 2600 block of East Upper Hayden Lake Road.

Robert Henager, Coeur d’Alene, reported Wednesday the $911 theft of a CD player, compact discs, power inverter and personal items from his 1998 Dodge Dakota parked at Higgins Point Boat Launch, 10848 E. Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive.

Jeremy Schoonover, engineer with M.A. Deatley Construction, reported Wednesday the $325 theft of CB radios, fire extinguishers and antennas from three heavy equipment vehicles at a work site on the 6400 block of North Fernan Lake Road.
