New faces

Coldwell Banker Northwest Group has hired Brent Watson as a sales agent. He has more than 30 years of sales and customer service industry experience.

Juhie Parnami has been hired as regional director for the Pacific Northwest for Sound Inpatient Physicians.

MDI Marketing has hired Luke Hoene as an account executive. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Idaho and has 14 years of marketing experience.

Kelly Guswiler has been hired by Cancer Care Northwest as the Breast Program coordinator. She is a certified advanced oncology nurse and has extensive experience working in cancer care.

Coldwell Banker Northwest Group has hired Guido Spada as a sales agent. He has 25 years of sales, customer service and sales management experience.


The Pacific Northwest Section American Water Works Association has awarded the city of Spokane’s Water Department with a 2009 Excellence in Communications and Conservation Award for its “Only Tap Water Delivers” concession water trailer and campaign.

Divcon Inc. was named the 2009 Excellence in Concrete winner in the Ttilt-up structures category during the Washington Aggregates and Concrete Association’s annual awards banquet in April. The company was also a finalist in the cast-in-place category for its Iron Bridge Parking Garage Project.

Vivian Cranston has completed the Realtor e- PRO course to earn the certification offered by the National Association of Realtors. Cranston works as a Realtor for RE/MAX Inland Empire.
