The Pacific Northwest Section American Water Works Association has awarded the city of Spokane’s Water Department with a 2009 Excellence in Communications and Conservation Award for its “Only Tap Water Delivers” concession water trailer and campaign.

Divcon Inc. was named the 2009 Excellence in Concrete winner in the Ttilt-up structures category during the Washington Aggregates and Concrete Association’s annual awards banquet in April. The company was also a finalist in the cast-in-place category for its Iron Bridge Parking Garage Project.
