Shock add ex-Cougar

The Spokane Shock added former Washington State wide receiver Charles Dillon to their roster on Monday, while also announcing the return of three players.

Coming back are offensive lineman Ryan Belcher, defensive back Tremaine Tyler and defensive lineman Justin Warren.

Dillon finished his career at WSU in 2007 and signed a free-agent contract with the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts.

He caught 52 passes for 526 yards and four touchdowns for the Cougars that fall and returned 40 kicks for 835 yards.

“Charles put together some impressive numbers as a Cougar,” said Shock coach Adam Shackleford, “and we think his skills will translate well to the indoors game.”

In other roster moves, the Shock placed offensive lineman Pat Schwenke, defensive back Virgil Gray, defensive lineman Frank Morton and kicker Brian Jackson on the refused-to-report list.
