Senior meals

For the week of March 16-20

Monday – Option 1: Lasagna, vegetables, cucumber and tomato salad with dressing, breadstick, apple crunch.

Option 2: Egg salad sandwich, chicken noodle soup, breadstick, apple crunch.

Tuesday – 1: Corned beef, cabbage, boiled red potatoes, emerald pears, rye bread, tapioca pudding. 2: Deli sandwich on a bun, lettuce and tomato, pears, tapioca pudding.

Wednesday – 1: Chicken with cornbread stuffing, vegetables, sunshine salad, breadstick, brownie. 2: BLT wrap, sunshine salad, brownie.

Thursday – 1: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, beets, green salad with dressing, dinner roll, peach cobbler. 2: Taco salad, dinner roll, peach cobbler.

Friday – 1: Tuna casserole with peas, baby carrots, broccoli, breadstick, chocolate cake. 2: French dip sandwich, baby carrots, broccoli, chocolate cake.
