Honest and entertaining

The Spokesman-Review

What? Doug Clark is misrepresented by letter-to-the-editor writer Tom Simpson as a liability? To whom, may I ask? And of all things, a reporter?

I have always found Mr. Clark’s articles to be well-written, mostly right on point and entertaining. At least they sell newspapers better than some of the other articles written by journalists who are interested in presenting their personal opinion, falsely represented as “news.”

At least Mr. Clark is honest about what is going on in our “heart of the Inland Empire,” like city snowplow drivers who can’t plow the roads so we can pass each other on them, our roads that are breaking up so badly that we almost hit each other while trying to avoid potholes in them, etc.

You are just lucky that Mr. Clark has not written anything personal about you because I don’t think you have thick enough skin to take it. Lighten up and laugh a little.
