Renee Montgomery scored 25 points in her final game at home and the undefeated Huskies beat the Gators in second-round play. The Huskies advanced to the regional semifinals for the 16th straight season, where they will play fourth-seeded California on Sunday.

Sydney Colson had six steals to pace the Aggies to a season-high 20 and Texas A&M forced a season-high 32 turnovers in a victory over the Golden Gophers. The Aggies will play sixth-seeded Arizona State on Sunday.

Mia Johnson scored 17 points and Lauren Aitch had 15, lifting the Spartans over the Blue Devils and former coach Joanne P. McCallie. Michigan State will face Iowa State in the third round. Duke didn’t make a shot for the last 7 1/2 minutes.

Nicky Wieben scored 18 points as the Cyclones held off the upset-minded Cardinals to advance to the regional semifinals for the first time in eight years. Iowa State will play No. 9 seed Michigan State.

Marissa Coleman had 18 points and a career-high 18 rebounds, Kristi Toliver scored 17, and the Terrapins advanced to the Sweet 16 with a victory over the Utes. Next up for Maryland is Vanderbilt.

Angel McCoughtry scored 28 points and the Cardinals advanced to their second straight regional semifinal with a victory over the Tigers. Louisville will play second-seeded Baylor in the third round.

At Lubbock, Texas

Kelli Griffin hit a floater from outside the lane on the right side with 0.5 seconds remaining to lift the Bears past the Jackrabbits.

Oklahoma City Regional

Danielle Robinson scored 17 points and had seven assists, Whitney Hand scored 15 and the Sooners beat the Yellow Jackets. Oklahoma will now face Pittsburgh.
