Coeur d’Alene police

Joanne Hicks, employee of La Quinta Inn, reported Monday the $500 theft of cash and checks from the business at 2209 E. Sherman Ave.

Ashley Fenton reported Wednesday the $338 theft of a purse, wallet, cigarettes and personal items from her 2002 Honda Civic parked on the 1200 block of E. Front Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

Jeremy Schoonover, Lewiston, reported Wednesday $40 damage to a CB radio and the $345 theft of four CB radios, antennas and cables and nine sets of keys from heavy equipment parked at a construction site on the 1200 block of N. Fernan Lake Road near Coeur d’Alene.

Dale Crooks, Post Falls, reported Wednesday the $1,074 theft of compact discs, two radar detectors, and stereo equipment from a 1990 Jeep Cherokee parked on the 3400 block of W. Box Canyon Drive.
