Homeless offer bench solution

Mayor Verner is putting a lot of energy these days on what to do with the advertising on bus benches.

I have a solution.

Let the homeless sit down and rest without being cited for sitting illegally. They would hide the advertising on the benches.

The only drawback would be then Mayor Verner would have to recognize the homeless.
