Make rescue abusers pay

The Yuppie 911 story on Oct. 26 made me shake my head in disbelief at how inconsiderate and sometimes even stupid people can be.

It does not speak well of these people who will not take responsibility for their own actions. Solution? Charge a big fine and make them pay.
