He’s not walking away

Tyler
From Wire Reports

Relax, Aerosmith fans: Steven Tyler isn’t leaving the band.

Tyler made a surprise appearance with Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry’s band Tuesday in New York City and told the crowd: “I am not leaving Aerosmith.”

They then launched into “Walk This Way.”

Perry recently tweeted that Aerosmith was “looking for a new singer to work with” and told the Las Vegas Sun that Tyler had quit, at as far as he could tell.

The 61-year-old Tyler was injured when he fell off a stage during an Aug. 5 performance, and the band canceled the remainder of its summer tour.

Back in the NYC

Paul McCartney and Beyonce will star in back-to-back ABC specials Thanksgiving night.

At 9 p.m., the network will air a Beyonce concert that was taped over the summer in Las Vegas.

That will be followed by a McCartney special that includes highlights from his July concert at Citi Field in New York City.

That’s next to the former site of Shea Stadium, where the Beatles rocked at the height of Beatlemania. Footage from that 1965 concert also will air.

Her heart will go on

Celine Dion isn’t pregnant after all.

The Canadaian pop singer initially confirmed a pregnancy in August through in vitro fertilization. But a day later, she found out the embryo had not been implanted successfully.

Her publicist said Dion didn’t announce that because she was hopeful another implantation would work, and wanted to keep the matter private.

Dion, 41, has an 8-year-old son conceived in vitro.
