Personalized license plate leads to bank robbery suspect
A personalized license plate on a Suzuki automobile helped law officers track down a suspect today in connection with a Spokane Valley bank robbery.
Witnesses reported seeing a vehicle with the license plate “PC” leave the scene of the 2 p.m. Thursday robbery at American West Bank, 15606 E. Sprague Ave.
Sgt. John Nowels and Spokane Valley police detectives found the vehicle about 10:30 a.m. today in the vicinity of 29th Avenue and Ray Street in Spokane and arrested the suspect after stopping the vehicle, according to a spokesman.
Christopher J. Cook was taken into custody and booked on one count of first-degree robbery.

Memo to self……..
If I decide to become a bank robber, it’s best not to use my own vehicle which has only a TWO DIGIT, personalized plate!

The guy is completely misunderstood. You see, he has a full-body tatoo of the prison layout, and deliberately got himself arrested so he can break out his brother who was wrongfully convicted for the attempted assassination of the President.
They should make a TV show about it…
