Controller-in-chief

The Spokesman-Review

Not one president in U.S. history has tried to control American business and intrude into the lives of our nation’s citizens as much as Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi have.

Obama and Pelosi seem to want to control Fox News, radio talk shows, U.S. chambers of commerce, the auto industry, insurance and drug companies, Wall Street and the expenses of hospitals by cutting Medicare benefits and rationing health care.

When you are currently using currency that has lost most of its value, the price of everything will increase. If you decide you don’t want health insurance, the government will fine and punish you. When you lose the right of choice, will you still live in a democracy? The last time I checked my watch, we still live in a democracy.

I think Obama’s decision on medical marijuana is a good one. If we are all stoned for the next three years and two months, things might not appear as bad as they really are.
