Wolf Pack run it up
Nevada rushed for 575 yards as the Wolf Pack beat New Mexico State 63-20 Saturday at Las Cruces, N.M.
Luke Lippincott had 162 yards on 19 carries, putting him at 1,028 yards for the season. He joined teammates Colin Kaepernick and Vaia Taua as 1,000-yard rushers, and Nevada became the first team in NCAA history to have three players in one season top 1,000 yards rushing.
Fresno State 30, Louisiana Tech 28: Kevin Goessling’s 35-yard field goal on the game’s final play lifted Fresno State to a victory over Louisiana Tech.
Hawaii 17, San Jose St. 10 (OT): Backup QB Shane Austin threw for a career-high 299 yards and Leon Wright-Jackson scored on a 5-yard touchdown run in overtime to lift the Warriors to a win over the Spartans.
