Spokane police seek help in wallet heist

Police say a woman caught on video surveillance stole another woman’s wallet at a northwest Spokane Wal-Mart store.

The victim was being helped at the customer service desk at Wal-Mart, 2301 W. Wellesley Ave., about 10 p.m. Nov. 18, when someone took the wallet out of her purse.

Anyone with information about the theft or the identity of the woman on tape can call Crime Check at (509) 456-2233.
