I am truly amazed when the people we elect to serve on the Spokane Valley City Council hire consultants ($126,500 police study) to tell them what they should do.

I propose that the Spokane Valley City Council hire a consulting psychologist to do a study to determine whether or not the Spokane Valley City Council members are competent to make decisions without hiring a consultant. And then consult us, the voters.
