KENNEWICK – Justin Feser netted two goals and the Tri-City Americans scored three times with the man advantage to breeze to a 6-2 victory over the Spokane Chiefs in Western Hockey League action Saturday.

The Americans (3-2, six points) took a 1-0 lead 6 minutes, 31 seconds into the match on a goal by Jordan Messier – the first of their three power-play tallies.

Spokane (2-2-1, five points) pulled even at the 16:28 mark of the first period on a power-play goal by Levko Koper.

Tri-City took the lead for good just 21 seconds later on Feser’s first score of the night.

Adam Hughesman stretched the lead to 3-1 with a goal at 7:06 of the second period.
