Dual role impractical

The Spokesman-Review

Are you as confused as I am? Why would a state senator want to be a City Council member and a state senator at the same time?

Sen. Bob McCaslin is trying to accomplish this task, but no one knows why. He does not have any knowledge of city government, especially the issues facing the city of Spokane Valley. It seems to me Sen. Bob should concentrate his efforts on subjects he has the most expertise in, which is to annoy Democrats in the Washington state Senate. The city of Spokane Valley needs a council member who knows the issues and has a proven record of leading the city to success. Vote for Rich Munson.
