Caregiver Classes – For people caring for ill family and friends. Free presentation will cover: how caregiver can care for themselves, legal issues associated with caregiving, how to talk with doctors and their billing offices, communicating with family and friends, and spiritual care. StepFast Lifestyle Seminar – One-hour health screenings are Sunday, drop-ins welcome from 4-7 p.m. Cost is $10 per screening. Seminar will be held Monday and Thursdays, 6:30-8 p.m., Oct. 19-Nov. 23.
