It’s a bad mixture

Sadly, you can’t have the NFL without politics.

Tuesday, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell commented to Rush Limbaugh’s bid to become an NFL owner that “divisive comments are not what the NFL is all about.” True, Limbaugh is offensive to many with his far-right commentaries.

But shouldn’t that hold true for Keith Olbermann, too? He is the host of “Countdown with Keith Olbermann,” a far-left commentary program on MSNBC and the co-host of NBC’s Football Night in America.

Both men are equally offensive depending on your political view. If one is “divisive” to the NFL, then shouldn’t that be true for both men? I say you should never mix sports and politics, but unfortunately, we do.

Where does the money go?

sponsored You’ve probably heard of co-ops: food co-ops, childcare co-ops, housing co-ops, energy co-ops.
