Spokane Youth Ballet Scholarship – For boys ages 10-15 interested in studying ballet, the scholarship will supply all training and performing fees for the 2009-2010 season. Washington Idaho Symphony Young Artist Competition – Open to Pacific Northwest instrumentalists and vocalists age 14 to 30.
