UI student injured in fall upgraded
MOSCOW, Idaho — A 20-year-old University of Idaho student who was badly injured in a fall from a fraternity house window has been upgraded from critical to serious condition at Seattle’s Harborview Medical Center.
Authorities say Shane Meyer, of Boise, accidentally fell from a third-story window or from the roof of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house on Saturday.
Moscow police continue to investigate the accident, including whether alcohol was involved, the Lewiston Tribune reported.
