Wellesley closed from Haven to Freya

Wellesley Avenue is closed from Haven to Freya streets today and tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as workers install crossings, according to the City of Spokane. Flaggers will be directing traffic, but the city is encouraging drivers to use different routes.
