WSU sets another enrollment record
PULLMAN — Washington State University has set another enrollment record at its four campuses.
The total number of students enrolled this fall was 25,965, up 830 students, or 3.3 percent, from the record set in fall 2008.
The fastest growing campus was WSU Tri-Cities, where enrollment was up by 133 students, or 9.7 percent. WSU Vancouver was up 5.6 percent.
The Pullman and Spokane campuses, which are considered one campus for reporting purposes, showed an increase of 2.6 percent. Enrollment in Pullman and Spokane was 20,127, compared to 19,360 last fall.
