Fair information incorrect
Admission to the Spokane County Interstate Fair is $8 for adults and $5 for seniors and children. Senior day is Tuesday. The prices and the date were wrong in Friday’s newspaper due to a reporter’s error.
Name of cemetery misspelled
The body of an unidentified man found in the Spokane River will be buried later this month at Fairmount Memorial Cemetery. The name of the cemetery was misspelled in a story in Friday’s newspaper, due to a reporter’s error.
Fighter’s name incorrect
Jeremy Horn is on the card for the Arena Rumble tonight at the Spokane Arena. Because of a correspondent’s error, Horn’s first name was incorrect in a story in Friday’s Sports section.
Price of permit incorrect
The special event permit that the city of Spokane requires for outdoor concerts costs $100. Because of incorrect information provided to The Spokesman-Review, stories on Friday and Sept. 1 about the city’s cease-and-desist order against the Rocket Market gave an incorrect price.
