Enough to make you scream

The Spokesman-Review

I hope that the 80 small-business people who rallied in Boise are not discouraged by the screamers (“Rally mutates into yelling match,” Sept. 3).

The small-business people are concerned about the health and welfare of their employees and themselves. The screamers want to “win.”

If the screamers win, more babies will die in this country than in any country in Europe. If they win, hundreds of thousands of people in this country will go bankrupt because a member of their family contracts cancer, or heart disease, or just gets old.

The screamers are worse than wrong; they are not even thinking.
