Dual personalities?

The Spokesman-Review

There must be two Rocky Treppiedis. Recent letters to the editor have described Mr. Treppiedi as this wonderful, moral and ethical human being, doing a difficult job for the city. Then there is the Rocky Treppiedi I have had dealings with for over 20 years. Apparently, which Rocky Treppiedi you meet depends on if you are an average citizen like me, or on the payroll of the Spokane city or its police department.
